Math Nov. 26

We did corrections on Review Sheet #10. They have #11 it is due Tuesday.
We started the new booklet on decimals. R 42 & 43 due for Friday.

Assignments Due and Christmas Concert Preparations...

The TR6 class is busy now that report cards have gone out, rehearsing lines and staging for the Christmas Concert play, "A King Is Coming to Town". Each year the Grade Six class presents the play around which the whole Christmas Concert is structured. The concert is coming up very quickly on Wednesday evening, December 12th.
Your son/daughter will hopefully ask your assistance for costuming or props that we may still need. Thank you for your help with that.
I look forward to meeting with you for a Parent-Teacher conference.

A reminder that two assignments are past due for Language Arts:
1) the book jacket book report
2) the colour poem poster

We've had lots of periods in computer lab and time to work on these assignments, so we can't afford any more class time for them.
Both of these need to be completed and handed in as soon as possible.

Math Nov. 21

Finish p. 182 for homework.
Review skills due Tuesday.
Report Cards came out today.

Math 19

We're working on fractions. We'll continue with mixed numbers and improper fractions on Friday.

Review #9 was given back today to do corrections.

Review #10 was handed out and is due Tues.

Math 18

We're starting a new unit on fractions. The first few pages we will work on today.

Math Nov. 14

Math test on Factors, GCF, and Prime factorization.
Review sheet from today should help them review their skills for the test.
New review skills due Tues.

Math Nov. 5

We worked on R.32 &33. It will be due Friday.
Review Skills Booklet # 9 will be handed out today. It is due next Tuesday.
A review skills test will be on Wed. Nov.12th
